Job Description

Specialty Rental is a growing Division in India with strong future plans and hence to increase our penetration further in General industry in the north, Atlas Copco Specialty Rental is looking for an additional Dynamic person based in Gurgaon office, taking care of Northern Market with a specific focus on General Industry.

Job profile
Rental is Future and chosen candidate will be responsible for rental activities under Atlas Copco Speciality Rental division in the assigned territory/Region.

Create Strong Market Presence of Rental Business.
Responsible for Rental compressor, nitrogen and steam Business development.
Focus on General Industry, oil and gas and LNG business.
Proactive approach in enquiry generation and well organised
Initiate, develop and implement Marketing plans and strategies for Rental Business
Identify and Develop new business opportunities in coordination with other divisions
Lead from front to enter the new markets and counter competition
Develop and understanding of key customer requirements and establish product benefits over the competition, to lead in the development of markets and profitable growth.
Prospect new customers and develop strong relationships with the existing ones
Fully participate in promotional plan of the company (exhibitions, marketing actions, product presentations, etc)
Maintains awareness of competition products, pricing, market statistics and trends.
Achieve Business Plan sales goals as assigned
Effective provision of sales data, including the timely recording of visits and analysis of sales performance
Receivables management in the assigned territory
Perform other duties as assigned

The position requires travel and frequent contact with Customers.

Experience requirements
Candidates with atleast 4-8 years experience & knowledge of application in Compressor or Rental or Oil and Gas Business and proven record ought to apply. Those who have strong application knowledge or hands on experience or lesser experience would be considered accordingly.

Knowledge/ Educational requirements
B.E. (Mechanical/ Electrical/ Equivalent) from a reputed institute.
