Object Oriented analysis, design, and development experience
Knowledge and experience with Design Patterns
Ability to work in a team environment
Working directly with Business Analyst and Support Analyst to understand requirements
Coding solutions and enhancements that follow Object Oriented methodologies and Design Patterns
