Job Description

Mission
Implement & execute the Action plan based on the business strategy designed for the defined territory.
Develop the defined territory further & manage the growth of the Vaccum (AVR) business, through varios Sales Channels such as ; Direct, Indirect Sales, OEM etc.

WITH an objective to ensure consistent profitable business growth WITHIN the divisional policies and guidelines.

Experience requirements
Graduate in Engineering discipline or Equivalent., MBA or PG diploma course in marketing and sales management preferable;

Ability to cooperate with customers at different level of seniority up to decision maker.
6 – 7 years experience in sales and marketing, preferably in capital equipment sales.
Prepared to work independently and take responsibility
Good communicator

Knowledge/ Educational requirements
Knowledge
– Good knowledge of English and understanding of local language
– Good Presentation skills.
– Dynamic person willing to put in efforts & Go- Getter approach
– Team player
– Understanding of Lotus Notes, CRM Tools and MS Office.
