Job Requirements :
Experience :
6 months – 4 years of experience in customer support/Technical support/ Product Support
Excellent customer service skills with excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English
Openness to work in flexible hours as required, including night shifts

Job Responsibilities:
Provide customer and technical support to customers through chat and email requests.
Communicate bug fixes and new product enhancements to customers
Report enhancement requests received from customer regarding hardware, application, or Documentation and etc.
